Games workout 13.1 released

The 2013 Crossfit games first wod has been announced. A nasty burpee/snatch ladder with some serious weight. Athletes have 17 min to complete as many reps of the ladder as possible.


Monday challenge

To kick start the week here is a little challenge in today’s wod. You must complete 1x strict press up on every mat in the main area. you must remain in the press up position whilst moving to the next mat, if your knees touch or you break position you’re out. There are 52 mats.


Fastest Fran!

Going to do a little Wod called Fran this Thursday, if you’ve never done it before it sounds quite innocent. 21-15-9 Thrusters 40/30kg Pull ups It’s short and very intense and is a classic Crossfit workout.
