Our box has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. It’s a huge training space with space for everything we use – bar bells, rowing machines, plyometric boxes and a multi-height pull-up rig that can support up to 22 athletes at one time. There’s even prowlers and a sprint track for those lung-busting WODs!

I believe moving correctly and having the right mindset is key, not only for peak performance but also for long term health and fitness. Prior to training CrossFit, I competed in swimming, gymnastics and athletics. As well as playing rugby and surfing whenever I could.
I love the diversity at CrossFit Sheffield and the relaxed atmosphere, everyone always has a smile on their face no matter what and are always up for a laugh. The space at CrossFit Sheffield makes it an awesome place to coach and train, we have room for a lot of equipment so can diversify in the classes we offer such as strongman and weightlifting.
I’m a full time six form student, train in CrossFit and currently gaining experience and knowledge of coaching – working towards my goal of becoming a Qualified CrossFit Coach. I take great pride in improving a person’s technique and overcoming their weaknesses, increasing efficiency and in turn performance.
Aside from coaching, I am training for the 2017 CrossFit Open in the teenager’s 16-17 category. To help fuel my ambition of placing in the top 200, I follow an individualised training program, tailored to my own training and schedule. I enjoy working amongst the other coaches here at CrossFit Sheffield, it’s a lovely community feel in a friendly and relaxed environment.
