In recent years she moved away from competition climbing and pursued more hard and dangerous routes outdoors around the world. Alongside this she help to set up The Climbing Works in Sheffield with her husband Sam, where she is also a climbing coach and a coach for the GB Junior Bouldering Team.
She found CrossFit when she met Sam Briggs (2013 CrossFit Games Champion), at a wedding whilst she was pregnant with her son and pledged that as soon as she was able she would start Crossfit. Now she’s an addict and enjoying her return to fitness and climbing.
