On ramp course
Our next on ramp course starts on Monday 6th at 19.00 and runs Monday Wednesday Friday, the course is designed to teach all the fundamental movements and skills used in Crossfit.
If you’re worried about whether you’re fit enough or will be left at the back of the class wondering what’s going on then this course will put you at ease, each movement is broken down and practiced step by step.
Good form and technique is our goal in every class, not only is it safer but it’s more efficient meaning you can get more work done in a shorter time.
Once you’ve completed the course you will have a basic understanding of things and can progress into the classes.
