We understand the need for flexibility so we offer several membership packages all with no joining fees.

Taster session

Come and take part in a FREE 1 hr class – book yourself into a session now, it will give you a good idea and introduction into CrossFit.

Taster sessions are run each Tuesday 20.00 Wednesday 18.45 and Friday 07.00 and give a good insight into a typical class.

Private On Ramp course

Run as 4 privately coached sessions learning all the fundamentals of CrossFit including an intro to Olympic lifting.
