Membership options

We understand the need for flexibility so we offer several membership packages all with no joining fees.

Taster session

Come and take part in a FREE 1 hr class – book yourself into a session now, it will give you a good idea and introduction into CrossFit.

Taster sessions are run each Monday and Wednesday at 19.30 and give a good insight into a typical class.

On Ramp

Run as 3 separate classes over 1 week, learning the fundamentals of CrossFit.

(Normally starting  Monday, Wed, Friday 19.30-20.30.  Once completed you will then be able to take part in the main classes.)
